Hi, have slowly been getting deeper and deeper into this addiction and have now reached what I hope is rock bottom. Having been caught again by my wife, each time getting worse, if I don't get this under control I stand to lose a 20 year relationship for a few seconds of self gratification. Welcome, stopping PMO will be the best decision you can ever make. I was in the same position you are about 21 montgs ago. My wife of 20 years was on tge verge of leaving me. Today the trust has been rebuilt and our relationship is tge best it has been. You can overcome this addiction.
