After 221 days my life is completely changing

Hi,

221 days of nofap have passed and I can say that I am a different man.

Last night for the first time since I have started nofa I had extremely hard penis for more than five hours. I had to be very careful not to fap but I managed to not do this. I think that my flatline is almost at the end but I am still not cured yet.

I have new very challenging job

Women are very interested in me

I am not afraid to take risk

I have lost weight more than 15 kg in 6 months period

I still do not eat sweets or sweet beverages, fruits instead

and I am still in progress but the way is still very long.

I feel happier. More confident.. I am not ashamed of myself anymore.. I like to talk to people more.. Maybe in next 221 days I will feel muchmore different than now in a good way
