Welcome everyone, I find NoFap kind of by accident and I am astonished by existence of this community.

I literally struggle with my masturbation addiction for almost 25 years. It influenced my life in many levels, most importantly, I have never created relationship which lasted longer than 3 months, and any try to build a relation happens every 2-3 years. I am practicaly not active sexually for all my life, PIED is also an issue. Accually, porn is not such an significant issue in my case, I watch it maybe every 30th masurbation and I do not have problem leaving porn. My addiction is based on imagination, fantasy driven stimulation. Today morning I did it again. I am starting my non-PM 1 month challange - question to old users - can you direct me to part of forum where non-PM Fapstronauts conversate? I realise taht non-PMO is recommended, but I decided for Non-PM challenge, I realise the obstacles.

Excuse my little chaotic introduction - I am absolutely not used to speak about this problem of mine, not mentioning writting it publicly on forum. Although I must say I am full of hope after finding this community, I spent 2 hours yesterday evening reading basic information here and it hit me that it correspond with my own observations of my addiction patterns like nothing before. My problem was ignored by psychologists an sexuologists I have visited through the years, seeing that masturbation is normal, sexual behaviour. Well, it is not in my case, when it substitutes any sexual acivities with other person. I have built and cemented my sexuality as "solo" thing - and this community gives me hope (and method!) to overcome it.

Once again - happy to be here - it is something new to me knowing that there are literally thousands of people with problem like me, and within this amount - so many, who overcome it. I will be grafeful to anyone supporting my challenge, hope and motivation. I know to well I will not handle it alone.

thanks for support, I will definitely have a look, I am carving my own system. day 1 - I am looking forward obstacles - as I know myself, Chaser Effect will hit me within next 3 days good look with your goals!
