    Ive noticed since I stopped PMO'ing I am having crazy dreams. Sometimes just wierd, sometimes very sexual. Last night I had some very sexual dreams and I had the immediate urge to PMO as soon as I got up. Does anyone else experience this and how do you handle those sexual dreams and immediate waking urge? I started to watch P but I managed to stop and get myself to the gym.

    Be strong

    Keep as busy as possible. When you keep your mind and body busy on other things, those urges and dreams will eventually stop or subside. Just know that you are just going through a phase and your mind is trying to persuade you to jerk off.You have to stay strong.those urges will pass and those dreams will stop occurring once your brain rewire itself. You are just going through a temporary phase, that I have experience many time when I don't jerk off for two weeks.

    Basically you're mind going through withdrawal. Just goes to show how much PMO affects your subconscious, and the deep regions of the brain. Stay strong, and conquer this.
