    Hello to everyone my bar is Daniel I'm half Brazilian half Italian. I was born in Brasil but raised in The Caribbean Island Of PuertoRico . I sere in The United States Airforce, proud to serve, servicebeforeself. I wanted to take the nofap challenge because I've seen and heard so many peples experience on how there life's have changed for the better and how they are more full of energy and sociable. And I just want to be that and be a better me. I want to be sociable again and be able to turn strangers into friends.

    Thank you for the welcome always looking for new friends, one can never have too many. My porn addiction was due to past problems in high school but I'm ready to overcome that after all I'm in the military moving forward. As for your problem don't worry about it you'll soon after 7days feel more confident towards women enough to even smile at them or just say a simple good morning :D
