dear all, today is day one for me. I am taking the ninety day challenge which is going to get complete by January 2. 2015. I have been "M" since the age 12. all these days I was thinking that sex is a basic need of human beings , and its almost impossible to abstain from sex , aka "m". but yesterday I accidentally got to know about nofap from a TED video.( They post awesome ,informative Videos on TED) since yesterday I studied a lot regarding fapping , porn and other yuff available on internet and also browzed videos and then taken a resolution that I will not masturbate till januvary 2015. I had this guilty feeling that I should not be fapping but I never attempted to leave the habit. we should all thank alexander Rhodes for helping us all getting out of this habit. friends, please support me in the challenge......
your not alone bro!! you can do it, believe me im in day 4 and i already feel a difference. it's great that you decided to do this step. of course it will suck, but your strong enough to take it. your the boss, not your tribes.
I too, am starting today with the 90 day challenge. I half-assed my first attempt when stubbling upon the idea in reddit. I'm now taking it much more seriously and need make myself accountable.

hi, Back2realgirls, I think its indeed true. porn takes you away from girls. this is what I learnt in last four or five days. I learnt in internet that the reason for this is the supranormal stimuli, porn gives to a man. thanks for the words of encouragement. I thnk day 4-10 might be tough.. but now I completed 24 hrs and in day 2 ,, lets carry the journey together.
