    I haven't jerked it in like 3 weeks today I went to a porn site and rubbed my dick a little I didn't come but does this mean I relapsed?

    As you made the consurse(sorry for the spelling I am dyslex) desision to go to the porn site and so even though you may think you did not masturbate you did look at the porn and start. I would say don't be to hard on your self but your count shout be reset. Start again and stay strong this time.
