more than jusst bored

Ive read that boredom is a cause for getting urges and doing porn. This is totally true, it happens to me allot.

But also, I get urges when I am working hard and it gets tough. Sometimes I really need to concentrate and get over a hurdle and that's when I get urges.

Its like tapping out because its just to tough. Its like my head saying "I don't want to do this hard thing, lets just go have some fun".

Does this happen to you?

How would you call it?

Has anybody written more about this?

How do you manage it?

 

Much of my work involves reading. Sometimes im reading a text thsts diffiuclt for me to grasp, but I still need to go through it, but because its hard I get utges to go do something easy and pleasing like Porn. Its kind of an escapade for me from hard work.

I can think of anothery hobby as you said.
