i started masturbation when i was in kindergarten. and i was crazy for everything about sex,like cover girl,breast enlarge advertisement on tv ect.
now i in my twenties,i meet nofap.thanks god. every chinese student has to learn english.now i know how to change myself. in the past years,i actually knew some organization that help people quite gap . but their methods made me very anxiety.because they persuaded you not to masturbation rather than not to watch porn. and i can't make it. nofap is different. you just don't look porn ,you will quit it . that is lovely,and feasible.
