New to nofap

Hey guys, just created this account to begin a new journey in my life without porn(currently im 3 days without any contact with porn). Im 23 years old and I started watching porn since I got my first computer (2007 or 2008) and I wasnt aware of the bad things it does to you. I watch porn almost daily and I really like to edge for minutes and sometimes I dont even masturbate I just keep watching videos.

About 2 weeks ago I went on a trip for 10 days without any contact with porn and that was fucking hard man. When I got back from the trip I masturbated daily like 2 times a day and then I started thinking that this isnt healthy at all and I started searching on the internet the effects that this gives to your head.

I always had social anxiety and people on the internet say that if u are addicted to porn it gets worse. I never had the courage to ask a girl out but last year I met a girl that asked me out and we went on a date and was pretty good but I was nervous all the time and we did not started a serious relationship. I read a lot of successful stories of people saying that nofap really changes your life for better and now I am here to be one of those successful people who completely erase porn from your life, I know its gonna be very hard but now im a man on a mission and I really want to change my life.
