    Greetings!
I don't think it is time to share success with just 30 days of abstinence. I'm 26 right now. The recovery process doesn't take a day, well, you know it, so I'm here to ask for a support and looking forward to hearing your ways of how to disregard these urges.

What I have already mentioned is that my muscles started growing, stamina increases, girls pay more attention to my personality, my voice gets deeper, I can go all the way while doing some job without putting it off.

But at the same time I suffer from temporary headaches, disability to express my thoughts clearly.

I would be very grateful to get some useful tips and reviews from you, guys.

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Congrats on 30 days!

    My suggestions include:

    - Remember it is one day at a time.
    - You can't beat something with nothing; have very specific plans for how you use the time you used to spend on porn and masturbating.
    - Have a plan, work your plan, review your plan to improve it.

Well, that is part of the recovery process... I would dare to say enjoy it because it means your brain is resetting. Welcome here!

    Thank you!!!
I do believe it's true. From time to time it is not that easy to take control of the sexual energy which is about to overflow when you don't know how to use it productively. So, this results in feeling bad. But the obvious thing is the longer you abstain, the more understanding you get about those hard times which are already behind. This keeps me going further.

I appreciate your desire to help. Too much to be aware of while following your link to achieve the main goal. Thank you, sir!

  8. Hey @Hum@n ,

I'm just a normal ordinary member. No moderator super powers and no special insite. I share my ESH (Experience, Strength and Hope) of what works for me.

Just another warm welcome and a heart felt hello. This community has helped me so much.

What worked for me was "working" it. It took hard work for me to complete a hard reboot (No pmo) for 120 days, then move into a Sex Positive mode.

First, reading the literature published by NoFap itself along with reading journals.

Then, doing the work. Writing in my journal and replying to introductions and other's journals.

Finally, but not least, getting involved with the fellowship. I found it on the forums, but also in people's profiles. The forums tend to be longer posts, where the profiles tend to be more "conversational".

That is what has worked for me. I like to remind myself that this community was here waiting for me with the lights on when I arrived. Now, I have to do my best to be there when someone comes to the community.

    Then, watch this video:

    PS -

One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals. Reading other's stories with their victories and even defeats is a big part of my program.

I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work.

Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made. Here are just a few:

I was also feeling this issue while i was masturbating.... btw im 18 years old, i started suffering this last year only, i read that after you masturbated a lot of things are flushed out of your body like DNA and other stuff by way of semen, one of these is a compound which helps the brain in functioning, in category of memory and analytical part. Trust me, it really does. At school my memory was at its peak, to be honest and not boastful I remembered each and every line and photos of things I saw, when I closed my eyes to think about something, that thing appeared right front of me and I could zoom in a little. Once I reached college got my own department, since I was alone all the time. I used to masturbate thrice or may be four times a day (earlier only once in 5 days). So, i scrolled over the net to know what was causing such degradation. Then I came across a research paper which told me all that masturbation is also one cause. Since then, I'm trying to control my masturbation, but wasn't able to resist it more than 2-3 days. Then gradually I took a pace at this resistance, as far as my memory is concerned it is still getting better, though its far far away from where it was.
I hope you got your answer for this, don't become sad because you haven't reached the place where you wanted to be. Try and you will achieve it !

Wow! I was close to guess what the real reason is but didn't know enough untill I started surfing the net where could be answers to my questions. Thank you ever so much! If I make it 2 months clean, this would be the greatest achivement and victory over myself!

A person doesn't gain victory over oneself's addiction by achieving a certain bar. He achieves victory when he has fully overcome it. Don't start faping all the way to the bottom after 2 months. It is just a bar and not the goal we all want to achieve.
