Porn addiction ruined my relationships

I've been addicted to porn for longer than I can remember. Funny thing is I didn't think I had a problem with it. It was only after some majors issues that surfaced in my last relationship that made me realize I had a problem. I stopped viewing my partners as partners and as women I viewed them as objects and if they didn't do certain things in the bedroom I usually ended it. It wasn't that they actually did anything wrong it was that I was hooked on porn and thought that, that was how I wanted them to act and behave and if they didn't they were out. I realize now that porn was just lying to me and confusing my brain and my view of what a relationship was. I decided to quit porn and fix my mind and rid it of the lies porn has filled it with. I hopeful that one day I can have a normal loving relationship. But for now I'll take it one day at a time.
