I stumbled across a triggering article does that ruin my streak?

    I am 11 days into NoFap challenege - no porn and no masturbation. I went on an article then out of random [NSFW]a picture of a woman in a bikini[/NSFW] came up, I didn't get aroused or anything like that (this NoFap does really help!) but my only issue or "concern" is that i am having thoughts on whether it breaks my streak or not? I know to break the NoFap you'd have to physically masturbate or watch porn and I know it didn't, but still my mind is playing tricks on me -_-

    My question is, can I still continue my streak (I didn't get aroused/turned on, it wasn't intentional of me to see the picture)

    This doesn't break your streak. If you were to look up more bikini photos or anything arousing then its you seeking out dopamine and that would break the streak, since you kind of gave in.

    But this is a not that big a deal. Forget about it and move on.

    It depends on your intention and your response t the image. If you stared at that image until you got a boner, then it would have broken your streak. If you didn't get aroused by it, then it didn't break your streak.

    I think if you avoid every imagine of a woman in a bikini, you run the over-sensitizing yourself.
