Flatline after a month

    During my last NoFap streak, I went over a month without watching porn but one thing that turned me off was the fact that I wasn't getting a hard on or not feeling attraction to girls whatsoever. I don't want to jack off again so any advice with getting through the flatline if I have to go through it again?

    You probably have heard this before, but try to stay busy and fill your life with things go do: work out, read, spend time with friends. Just try not thinking too much about sex for a while.

    The only way is patience and perseverance. You also need to have a little faith that, given enough time, it will get better (and I can ensure it will).
