6 months in! 180 days!

Porn is hell, it is an absolute living nightmare and I am so happy to have made it this far. I cannot believe that 6 months ago i made a decision to call it quits and go cold turkey. I confessed tonthe wife and my parents and they have been instrumental in my success. I'll keep this brief-quitting porn is like investing in a really good stock. There may be volatility day to day, but you notice that the trend is always upwards! It's not perfect, it's not always pretty, but I'm better than I was!

If you are reading this and thinking of relapsing; don't! Be patient because your better self is just around the corner!

If you have just started quitting and are frustrated due to lack of progress, be patient! The you that you deserve is just rebooting.

I tip my hat to our brothers and sisters who have gone beyond the 365 days. I cannot wait to improve myself further.

I know not everyone is religious so feel free to skip over this section if you must. I'd like to share this gospel song that helped me a lot. I found this during my first month and I still listen to it weekly.

Yes, at the gym and other places i do noticed being looked at more often! Better confidence, and more aware of surroundings....much to the delight of my wife lol
