PMO in private Vs willing partner

No We have not although it is abstaining for like a week at a time and once didn't not orgasm just focused on me and has been each time we have had sex.

My reasons are:
- To see if I can get a sustainable erection good enough for sex
- Self love if I am feeling neglected by my SO
- I am a recovering meth addict and need some kind of dopamine release in order to feel normal when I’m really low
- it is my oldest habit and very hard to break

Also gota add that my SO does turn me down for sex and sometimes it is super hard to get her to orgasim. In the beginning of the relationship she was a lot healthier and easy to please. I often feel that I am the only one trying during sex and also I’m the only one initiating it. So your situation may be very different

 

This is why PA must own their addiction, reboot themselves with a system top support them. I am afraid you will never believe anything he says here after. If my SO don't believe me what I say that is deal breaker,... Relationship is over...

 

In my case, I would love to have regular sex but can't due to PIED. I think the "high" from some of the PMO and fetishes and constant stimulation just overpower the desire for regular sex as well. I now understand how warped my brain and mind have become.
