    That's a tough one, because you probably sleep with a pillow between your legs and have intense cravings in the morning.

    My relationships were all based on sex. I haven't had one yet that wasn't either. But hope to some future day.

    My suggestion, is create a journal. Create a counter for 30 days, Write down what you want to change in your life, how you plan to do it, why you want to do it. Don't feel guilty if you cant follow all your goals to the tee, as long as you stick to your goal and reach the 30 days.

    I also recommend after the 30 days to not masturbate every week, Instead try to reset your counter, see if you are up to another 30.

    Do this until you reach ninety days with no masturbation, porn, sexual images or fantasizes. It might not seem possible now, so take it day by day, Moment by moment.

    If by act of habit you do relapse and masturbate, forgive yourself. Write down in your journal that it happened and why, find out what triggered it. Don't be discouraged, it wont mean you failed and you might as well masturbate all day. Reset your counter, don't feel guilty, each time you fall and jump back on the horse you will be that much stronger.

    After the 90 days, what you do is up to you. But porn is off limits. Try to use your sexual energy only in a relationship.

    also, to prevent yourself looking at porn, I would recommend deleting all porn, and links from your computer.

    Write down a random password from a password generator online. Make the password 10-20 characters long and then write the password on a piece of paper before you can memorize it. Make sure you set your K9 Web protection to minimal if you need to use gambling websites or you tube, or for other study reasons.
    Type in the password into K9 web protection give it to a family member to keep in a extremely safe place where you cant find it.

    This will help when you have an impulse to look at porn. But remember the responsibility is up to you, and the main key is remembering why you are doing it, and staying strong in times of temptation.

    I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing when relationships base on sex because for me, I've always found a deep and meaningful love through sex. Sex has always been good. I always make my girl feel loved and not like a piece of meat. I like to be very intimate, kissing, touching nipples together, being close, but at the same time hard like I used to have a viagra addiction. Even though I didn't need it, I used it as a sexual performance enhancer. I'd take up to 4 at a time, it was intense. I would say "Slow and Hard" as opposed to mainstream "Hard and Fast". To me that feels so much better and bonds you closer with your girl.

    I've created a counter and will try to go for the 30 days like I had set out to do, I'm not sure about another 30 though. I've read from sources that once a week is a healthy number, any longer and you could lose libido permanently or have increased risk of prostate cancer? What are your thoughts? The reason I want to start with 30 days is to give myself a chance to replenish from the excess of the recent past. I hear that sperm takes 1-3 months to fully mature so I want my balls to be topped up with g2g sperm before setting out on a healthy routine. That way, after my weekly masturbation, I won't be drained and will still have energy to do other things.

    In regards to porn. That's a whole other situation. I don't think I'm addicted. I do sometimes go on binges though. It's usually after I have been masturbating heaps to the point that I need porn to get aroused. If I do abstain for 1-2 days then I have no need for it. I have accumulated over 500 videos on a hard drive somewhere. They are all good videos though, not just random filthy smut. I started saving porn to a hard drive after I got out of my last relationship where my girlfriend had a zero tolerance for porn. During that relationship I was masturbating at internet cafes (LOL) can't believe I was doing that but yeah. It's almost like I've been saving this porn for a rainy day when there is no internet or something. I know on here I will probably get told to delete it, but I find that really hard to do because it is very good porn and took me ages to find each of those scenes. Also, I have a few scenes that are of me with past girlfriends, and they are going to be even harder to delete. A part of me really does want to delete it all though. Sometimes when I feel bad about my addiction I think about deleting it all but something holds me back. I don't know if I'm ready to let go of it yet. I don't even look at it much. Mostly, if I want to watch porn, I go online to find new vids. Very rarely do I go to my hard drive. K9 would stop me but I don't know.
