Hello there guys! 19 years old here, solo trying nofap for about 5 months. Longest i have went is 8 days.. i tend to struggle around day 4-5. sometimes i even fall down and relapse 2-3 days after eachother. I legit want to quit right now. I want to be ready to be a better person. School is going fine, everything is alright. But still i don't feel satisfied. And everytime after PMO i feel like shit for a few days. this needs to stop. I want to quit. Forever. Atm i am on day 2. If anyone wants to join me or become partners or has something to say feel free to message me/ comment below. Lets do this brothers and sisters!
