Fuck it...or don't, as it goes

    Hello all,

    very much stumbled on to this today. Whilst I've been pretty aware of the problem for some time, I think I was always confident that my will power would hold out when I choose. But, as it seems, that's never the case when it comes to it. Porn addiction is like a Greek tragedy, hence the choice of my name, and like Sisyphus I'm sure we've all reset and had to start pushing the boulder back up the hill. Porn, for me has started becoming a financial problem and that combined with everything else certainly needs to change. I'm Happy to have found company with you and hopefully I'll be able to finally crest the hill. So, all associated accounts will be delighted and away we go.

    Congrats for accepting that you have a problem; Congrats again for taking the first giant step to overcoming this horrible addiction by joining Nofap and embarking on a journey. Keep striding on through the fog and clear those dark clouds; better days ahead.

    Be aware: There IS a way out of it. There some sucess stories here on nofap.com and we can found success stories elsewhere, telling for example of 2 years no PMO. So it is possible. Sure we have reset and are pushing now the boulder back, that is so true. But I prefer the pain of the pushing back of the boulder because I like that pain or at least I know that pain of going back to the hill has real value for me!

    Thanks so much guys and definitely Nuhope, think that's the point of being here...realising that I can get a little help with the boulder. Fair to say I feel that already with the replies guys! Onwards and upwards.

    24 and 7 Days, Nuhope and thelasttruthtold...fair play guys. Keep at it...looking forward to filling my time with something productive. Have you guys found things to fill the gaps, so to speak?

    Roady, I'll definitely consider a journal, I've never enjoyed writing things about myself down, good or bad...but I think it would be the best way to be more aware of myself and staying on top of things.
