    Edit* Well it's not, it's just that porn addict have had so many dopamine spikes normality is like a big depression hole. Nofap allows us to readjust this balance to what it should be.

    The whole episode is very relevant to NoFap.

    "But because humans have progressed and now have access to all the shit they want whenever they want it, its easy for them to overdo it and have dopamine problems." That was a perfect explanation.

    This is from the newest episode that just aired last Wednesday. It's called "Freemium Isn't Free." It was a really quality episode. Maybe top 10 ever, IMO.
