    Hello! everyone, I am sorry if I don't write an good English, because my native language is Spanish

    I am 18 years old, I masturbated since I was 13 and I see pornography since I was 15, this hasn't really affected my relationship with girls, but it generates premature ejaculation and of I always think about sex when I see a woman

    I'm ready to start abstinence from pornography and masturbation. It will change my life.
