Trying to Feel Alive Again

    Hello Fapstronauts,

    I'm a 22yo male living in Colorado. I am joining the NoFap community to reclaim my sexuality from porn and masturbation and deepen my relationship with my wife.

    I was recently diagnosed bipolar and have been on some heavy meds to defend against manic relapse. I'm also a drug addict in recovery and of course a heavy porn user since age 12. I have been on the right track in getting my life together in the past 7 months, but PM is a relentless demon in my life that I am looking to be free from.

    Hello @Wasted Time. I think that your user name sums everything up. This is what this addiction make to us. It takes time from our family, our friends, our work, our studies. We are definitly better off without this shit.
