    Why’s up, I’m new here. Long time lurker of NoFap and have been trying to complete NoFap for a while. Here for religious purposes (catholic). I recently joined because this is tougher than I thought it would be so I could use whatever help I can get.

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
    The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    It’s always good to get rid of addiction- doesn’t matter if a person is religious or not. We all are human beings and want to be happy. True happiness is only possible without addiction.
    Maybe you want to make some commitment- not to the community but to yourself.
    The community will support you. It’s possible to live a NO PMO life if you are longing for it.
