    Now after relapsing , always try to learn from your mistakes , be the master of your mind , try to build a new discipline, ''no'' is a powerful word , by building an new discipline you gone be more confident, trust me , try make the access to porn difficult , find a new good habit , if you have urges keep your mind busy do something productive , and the most important thing is to avoid LONELINESS .
