Want to give it a try

Hello there. I have previously only tried PMO for a week and got really great results from it. But my urges for porn has controlled me the past 20 years of my grown up life.

So now is the time that I have created a user on this forum in the hopes that with some support and sharing ideas and thoughts it will become a blessing to live without PMO.

Hopefully wisdom and some determination will be enough to get my brain on my team.

 

I have a newbie question. What happens when you dont have any Orgasm in say 3 months? I have heard it can hurt and be painful on your balls. Please if you have any info on this matter I would love to read it
