No more PMO

    Im sick of masturbation and porn. It has prevented me to be the person the i truly want to become and has hindered the amount of energy and brain power I can truly have. I have masturbated constantly since I was really young and have watched porn since my senior of high school.

    I have had streaks of no PMO but I want to fully cut it out of my life for good. I have noticed in my streaks of no PMO, I am completely satisfied for who I am and have more energy I can use in a day and enough brain power to do anything. It also helps me have little to no social anxiety and have more confidence in myself.

    Starting today, I am doing no more PMO. It'll be one of the hardest things i will do in my life.
