    Hey guys, I don't know if this is the right place for my firs post, but here I'm.

    I have tried once or twice to stop PMO's but my biggest streak was 10 days, now I'm currently on day 3. I hope I can achieve at least 90 days this time.

    And thanks already for the answers!

    Welcome!! I'm also new here. I'm currently on day 4 no PMO after 1 relapse 3 days into my first attempt. Never could have imagined that it could be so hard to not PMO. But, thats what a 30 year addiction to porn has gotten me. And ED lol. I shouldn't laugh at myself, but I have to. I did it to myself, and now I'm here to try and undo it. One day at a time for sure
