Was I Ever Addicted?

Hello. I just need the answer to one thing. Was I ever addicted to PMO. You might be thinking, “Yes you were, that’s why you’re on NoFap”, but I’ll give you the facts, because my parents say I was never addicted, here you go:

• I felt like I couldn’t control myself.
• It was getting in the way of other activities in life, like homework sometimes.
• I couldn’t fight it alone. I had to sign up for NoFap or else I would’ve gone crazy.
• I was doing it sometimes up to 5 times per day.
• I would give up time with my family to do it sometimes.
• Thoughts of PMO would sometimes bother me at school.
• My interests were fading away.
• I couldn’t talk to a real girl. (I could, but I didn’t want to)

Boy am I glad I found NoFap
