The reason I came here is because I think I'm really becoming a porn and masturbation addict. There are weeks when I masturbated 3 times or more and I always feel sad and mad. Most of the time I watch porn because I'm tired or need a way to sleep but because of that, I feel empty and emotionless.

I would like to receive some advices of yours !!!
