    Hi, I hope you guys are doing great. I stuck in these bad habits, I don't know how to stop. plz, help me. if someone personally helps me I will be very thankful.

    Well done for finding this site and wanting to do something about it. Make a start today and stop ALL of it!

    Just do whatever it takes not to look. Stay away from what you watch porn with (computer, or other device), spend much longer outside, find a new hobby, do things to kill the time. Killing the time increases your day count much faster than if your sat at home really close to relapse.

    Fight all the urges in different ways, figure out what your triggers are, just try your hardest to stop and chances are before you know it you’ll be several days or weeks free.

    You can do this! Update us however you need to. Good luck :)

    thank u for amazing advice.
    I am trying to avoid these but this is not working. how can I find a new hobby? the thing that I like is on the computer means I do 95% work on the computer.

    Well, you could make a start by trying out different sports, eg. Tennis, badminton, the gym, running, try a few out, then pick a favourite and kinda stick to it for a while. This will mean that any time you spend by a computer, you only have enough time to use it for work/college/uni purposes. You could also download a good porn blocker software. There are lots of good ones out there. Even download one for your phone if that helps you.

    This sounds a bit silly but My way of coping is by playing Pokemon Go. It’s a mobile game and I spend hours outside playing it, it’s a distraction, but hey, it’s an example of something that kills time, and it keeps me fairly fit. There is also the Jurassic Park game which is similar.

    If I get the urges, I kinda just get up and walk away. Take a shower, do anything as long as it’s away from a screen.

    If you do it enough times, it becomes a ‘good’ habit, and that habit gets easier. I’m on day 23, which is by no means a full reboot, but hey you know what so far it is working. The thing is, you have to do that every day. Some days will be a lot harder than others. On those days, or when you reach a milestone, you should reward yourself with something. Addiction is one of the hardest things to overcome, a bit like when people have an immense fear of something.

    But it is possible to do this, and with nofap, you are in the right place. Every day you can put a status of what day your on, and it’s really good motivation to keep on going. So is helping other people on the forum. It all helps to add up the day count :)

    Well, it's not easy to recover from masturbation. And I finally managed to recover from this addiction after 12 years. It ruined everything.
