Yep, me. It is important to find a hobby or even some simple goal. Here is an example: watch all the episodes of Star Trek (all of them) from start to finish. It is easy, fun, and keeps your mind off porn.

 

My hobby is historical swordplay (based off actual historical training manuals and using actual steel (yet blunted) swords and armor).
My mindless obsession right now is catching up with both seasons of Person of Interest.

The main thing is to find something - anything - that'll take up time without driving you to boredom.

It seems like a good idea to have two main side activities: one mindless one like watching all those star treck episodes and one much more mindful one. For me, when I'm feeling particularly motivated, I often start doing some sort of coding. The atvantage of this two hobby system is that when you are feeling lazy, you don't go to the point of fapping, but when you are feeling better you can do something you're proud of.
