    Hi everyone!
I’m 21 and right after another relapse I decided to register here. I have been following the forum for a year and a half now.

My story is nothing special: found porn when I was about eleven, got immediately hooked and started fapping everyday until I found the NoFap forum. Obviously, all this time I believed it was completely fine, but I didn’t even realize when I got addicted.
After finding NoFap, I’ve been cycling as many others do between abstaining and relapsing. Just a hour ago, I ruined my 17 day streak (no PMO) and decided it was enough, so here I am!
Thanks for reading and good luck in your NoFap journey!

    Hello, welcome to the Page!
Good thing, you are realising in your Youth, that PMO is a problem. You have already Days whitout PMO, thats a good Start. It shows, that you are able to do without. People her will help you and give you support, you can share your thoughts and problems whit other addicts, thats helpfull, no shame , you can speak openly...Good Luck!

Welcome, and congratulations on deciding to quit!

If no one has told you yet, I will recommend that you start a journal about your journey. I've quit 3 times and come back, but without keeping a journal I probably would have just quit once and never come back. It's a very good way to establish a schedule, something that will help you very much.

Good luck, I know you can do it! c:

Thanks for the suggestion. I already tried keeping a journal, but I found that it made me keep thinking more about PMO, so I stopped. I agree though that sharing it here is different. You have people commenting and answering your posts, and maybe someone can get good ideas for stopping from that! Knowing that your post might have helped someone would be nice!
Also, thanks to you and everyone else for answering!

  6. You'll definitely see more difference being active on these forums. im at constant awe by some of these amazing people. You become more aware of what others go through and it makes you appreciate the smallest things you have. Everytime i browse through posts i feel like im learning something.
My only personal advice would be to think hard about why you should take this challenge seriously and why you'd want to dedicate yourself to it.
You seem to have determination (17) keep it up, youll handle it i know.

Yeah, I definitely agree with what you wrote. There are amazing people here, and it’s really important to know why you are doing this challenge: in a moment of weakness, a strong reason might be the only thing that keeps you going forward in your challenge!
    Thanks for the reply!
