Outside of the house my resistance to porn, lusting after women, and fantasizing is strong. But at home it seems like the stone walls turn into cardboard. I’ve been trying to stay out of my house more n more, only coming home when I’m tired and ready to sleep. But I can’t do it all the time and inevitably I’m home and feeling a tempted. Anyone go through this? What do you do? I feel very tempted right now to look at pictures of one of my favorite porn actresses. Just put a chair outside and just chill there dont lay on your bed until its time to sleep watch youtube videos outside or some shit
build something outside of your house to keep you occupied mow the lawn weed the garden if you have one clean out your car! Whatever it takes to not go inside and get the urges
Can you live without the internet at home? Only go online in public / at work etc.? Extreme, but maybe it would remove the temptations. Your brain associates the location with porn, you need to break that link.
It used to be that I couldn't stop relapsing like every day to every other day. However there's a trick that I learned that's helped me since. When you're tempted to PMO picture yourself in the future after you do it. Will you regret it? Will you wish that you could go back in time and stop yourself? This has helped me stay on course.
