    Hi guys! I am a 14 y/o male from southern India. For the past one year i was addicted to PMO. Each time i would feel guilty. So i made the decision to stop masturbating. I found this website and i will try sharing my experiences. I have completed a streak of six days before signing up! I had a lot of headaches and brain fogs. So, I will fight to win my battle against PMO.
