what to do, i think of it when I want relieve myself

hi, I am a student doing Electrical Engineering and what I love to do most of my time is projects ie building stuff and programming. I am always do it at home because I have internet access and its peaceful to do my research. Sometime when I am doing my stuff, it becomes difficult and makes my head aches. The problem with me is that I am intruver and not that social so I don't go out to relieve my head ache. So I have PMO to relax and after a rest, I am able to continue. Mentally am OK but emotionally it kills me. I feel left out, lonely and loose interest to the opposite sex. So it destroys my emotional and social state. I don't know what to do because I am always alone most of my time. help me!

 

its hard finding people of same interest and would love to work together, I have tried and people here love to do there own business

 

actually I don't how to start finding and meet people of my interest
