Well, haven't been back on in awhile because I was doing so well. 22 days strong But unfortunately, I have to reset my counter today. I still haven't been able to climax with my mate over those 22 days, but I did feel like my erections were a lot stronger, firm, and more sensitivity. Within those 22 days I did look at some porn, but did not jerk off. Whats next is staying away completely from porn for the next run. Good to hear about your improvement. Not being able to finish should also work itself out but I feel like it would be easier if you weren't carrying this guilt and baggage.
