Tot I introduce myself here, I’d just registered myself to this community. (Pardon my broken english here) I’m from Malaysia. this is my third day of nofap. It all happen when I’d first experience ED during sex with my fiance a couple days earlier.

We havent have sex in the past 2months. After our fail sex experience I was very concerned. Before I found out NoFap, I thought i wasnt attract to her anymore (thous im still love her), she did gain a few pound in recent months and sex wasn’t a priority in our live, even if we do i don’t find the plessure like we use to. It was significant less exciting, more like a chore i need to do to maintain our relationship.

We always blaming our decrease sex in life on the stress we endure since we both just started our own individual new venture. After 2days of researching youtube for the potential root cause of ed i found out I’ve a serious porn addiction.

Every night after she falls asleep i be on pornsite searching n fapping to sleep, even if we do have sex (most time after she orgasm she would feel tired and go to sleep and finish the session before i even had my chance) Porn seems boring overtime and I can spend up to 30mins just to find a right one to fap on. Sometimes up to 2times a day...sickening!

I’m still wasn’t sure if the porn addiction is the true culprit or maybe other more serious physical medical issues. But im willing to try everything to better myself for her and our sexlife. Today is the 3rd day, currently controlling my urge for porn comsumption by doing some scale modelling before sleep, but the hard part is still during bedtime. Probably throwing my ipad out of window after i finnish writting this post, lol
