    I'm a recently 20 turned medical student from India. I would like to address my problem and stop myself from self pleasure. I was introduced to all this PMO cycle all by myself. I kind of experiment with my likes. But I want to stop all this, channel my energy, get negarneg thoughts out of my head, stop experimenting and clear my mind of negative thoughts. I hope this great community will help me to achieve my goal.
