So i've posted a few times in here (without a response), but I'm trying to go 21 days without PMO. I don't think I've ever gone this long since I started when I was around 12 (I'm 19), so this is going to be very challenging. I've had problems with ED from all of this, so I'm really hoping to see improvements. I stopped watching porn last summer, but it's been too hard to stop MO. Please share your success stories with ED if you have any
last night I reclapsed, it was totally randomly that I came across this kind of site since 10 days ago, and yea got defeated by craving this time totally, so I decided to lower my goal to 20 day first and will see how this work.
