I have just signed up here to begin a new chapter in my life, I want to stray away from my porn addiction. The main reasons for me doing this is: 1.) Depression 2.) Anxiety 3.) Very low-self esteem 4.) Overweight I have always been curious about this movement & I have finally got the guts to try this out. I want to stay away from porn & masturbation so I can feel happy again. I wish all new comers well on your journey. Day one for me starts now.
