Incest and homosexual wet dreams

Discussion in 'Compulsive Sexual Behavior' started by Deleted Account, Nov 23, 2018.

  1. Over the last two weeks I had a couple of wet dreams after having none in the previous 31 years. That does not trouble me at all but one of them have been with my sister and one with another guy. Now, I'm hetero (pretty sure) and clearly not interested in my sister so is this just my mind being completely confused? Has anybody here experienced anything similar?

  2. Have you often been prevented from doing things or havr you always felt compelled to give a good image of yourself that doesn't fit you ? Maybe these dreams result from a desire to cross prohibitions or to go against the image you have built for yourself. Have you ever had this lind of fantasy before ?

  3. Never. The thing is the following: I have the feeling that all the persons that appear in my wet dreams are people I know from my childhood (former teachers, boss etc., many people I thought of while masturbating). The guy I had the dream with is a former schoolmate with whom I masturbated together as a teen (about 14 or 15). Could it be that I just simply "know" him from such a scenario? I haven't thought about him in years and was never attracted to him or any other guys.

  4. Remember that dreams are SYMBOLIC. don't let someone tell you 'oh that's your true sexual nature' .
Also sometimes things can get mixed up in the brain - the food addict who 'eats' because they feel lonely or stressed (how does eating help? it doesn't it's a dopamine hit)
So don't worry, it's common to have things that might disgust you in real life (I once had a dream - or should i say nightmare! of necrophilia and it DISGUSTED me it is something I would never dream of doing in IRL, again it was probably symbolic or something.)
If it's something recurring it could be something going on in your life - remember your subconscious doesn't speak english :) ....

The subconscious mind will grab anything and chuck it into a dream. It is not predictive of your inclination or actions.

pretty normal. Sexual dreams are barely related to your actual sexual nature

  7. You really do that ? Mastrubated together ? Maybe that's what give you wet dream. Stoping porn forces your brain to create new stimuli i guess.

Something he did 15 years earlier? Nah.

  9. Yeah, but it's not even that uncommon I think. I have a couple of friends who also did that as teens.

  10. It's just really confusing right now. My sex drive is very subtle at the moment but once I fall asleep my mind seems to go crazy. And I don't even enjoy these dreams. Once I figure out what I'm doing I know that I don't like it but there is no way I can stop.

It will all settle down. Try and ignore it.

Not reading any replies here but my guess is your discharge occurs during your dream and turns it into a sexual dream.
Be thankful you wernt dreaming about livestock!

  13. Haha but that's actually an interesting point. I remember that the dream with the friend was just a normal dream. We were walking around and suddenly out of nowhere we started having sex.

I wouldn't worry about it, I've had sexual encounters with all sorts of people I know in dreams recently. I think the most recent was probably triggered simply by reading this thread a few days ago. It's a bit weird when you wake up, but it's completely meaningless.
