Premature ejaculation

hello everybody I’ve been Pmo’ing since 12 years old (I am 19 now). So just a brief story I always use to try to orgasm as quick as possible every time I watched porn to avoid getting caught. I had my first sexual encounter when I was 15 and I ejaculated in less then 5 seconds lol it lead to drug and alcohol abuse until I became a Christian but nevertheless i thought it was just me but now I am starting to think it was PMO. I know some people have the opposite problem and can’t ejaculate at all because they PMO for hours and hours instead of as fast as they can. I’m scared when I have a wife one day I will have the same problem. So my question is was it PMO that done this and will NoFap fix it?
