Hi guys. New to this thread but I think NoFap is the answer here. I've been speaking to my GP about a problem I've had for months; not being able to reach full erection, if at all. I can't get morning wood or fap anymore to anything. I don't know if it's PIED because I've been fine watching it before and haven't had problems getting it up until a few months ago but I'm not sure what it is. I can climax but it takes such a long time and I only get hard when it gets to that point. I'm getting counselling to see if it's stress related, but I've been stressed before and have still been able to get it up during those times. I am in a healthy relationship of 6 months and we have tried having sex, but it has only worked once, barely. I can get a little bit hard in front of her, but not to the fullest extent compared to before and I don't feel aroused by anything or anyone other than her; I feel like my libido is low. I have had blood tests and everything is okay. I don't get random erections anymore and after all these signs, I don't know what to do but maybe it's PIED. I'd only be able to get off to porn, barely, and I'd fap each day at least once, sometimes a few times. I'm going to try NoFap, I'm two days in. Anyone have any tips and/or recommendations? Anyone have experience? Thank you!

It definitely sounds like PIED. Up until recently ED almost never happened to young men. Just the chance to be alone with a beautiful woman should make you hard. You definitely need to cut out all porn and if you can masturbation too. It might help to be honest with your gf about this too. let her know you want to change.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to brother

Thank you for this reassurance. I have a supportive girlfriend who I have spoken to about this and she's happy with me trying this out. I really hope it does change. I've just finished my fifth day, no noticeable differences just yet but I hope with time, there is a difference .

Just take it one day at a time brother.

this walk is different for all of us. some feel great right away and no urges til weeks later. others feel like crap and have urges right away that die down after a few weeks.
