I failed after 33 days. Help

    I failed after 33 days, i lost motivation. Its still morning here in my place but i already feel im too lazy to go through today.

    And i wanna confess something that in my last 33 days yes i dont do fap. But i watched porn few times even more, and now i got what i deserved

    Will make it differences if i just not fapping but still watching porn or not doing PMO completely?

    Help please

    It is good that you showed up and asked for help here.

    Recommit yourself, don´t watch porn this time. For me it's being a great help to click the panic button whenever I have a hint of sexual thoughts.

    You did 33 days of no fapping, that shows strength. If you quit porn for good, you will be able to accomplish more. It is better not to look at porn or pictures of beautiful naked women, for it will just stir the desire within.
