Hello I'm kind of new at this

    Hello I've had a desire to quit for a long time now but however in the midst of dealing with a break up I lost my will to try and stop however now that I'm back on my feet and dating again. I would really like to stop as I feel I use fapping and pornography as a crutch for why I'm so screwed up.

    It will be worth it for your new girl... Make a real girl your only interest, not a screen and your hand.

    I lost a marriage because of porn , and i am keen to take control of this for my sake and the sake of my new fiance... She is totally supportative and gracious about the whole thing which helps alot...
