    Hi all, Im 25 and have struggled with porn and mastebating since I was 13. I'm newly married and I can see how porn and mastebating is hurting my marriage. It's also caused me to become very isolated and lazy. All I do is work, sleep, and watch porn. I've lost interest in real sex with my wife. I need help!! Hopefully I have found the support I need.

    Hey Atalvis,

    we have a similar story. I'm 26 and I've been married for a year and my pornography addiction has caused strain in my marriage. Its terrifying when you realize that your marriage can fail because you can't stop masturbating to pornography online. I'm really nervous and afraid to lose my family. I love my wife and my kids too much to give it up to porn. I'm a little bit different that instead of losing interest in sex with my wife, my want of constant sexual release and objectifying attitude has pushed us apart.

    Does your wife know about the problem?
