    Hello fapstronauts!
    I'm in this NoFap journey for over a year, my streak was 47 days, i don't warching porn anymore, but just looking pictures or sexy dances of sensual girls i get excited, now i'm in a period that i realapse many times and i think a lost part of my self control. Hope anybody here can advice me and help me for overcome this fap addiction. I'd like to share my experiences and listen others so we can hepl each other. Stay strong in your porpuses and if is somebody that speaks spanish, please tell me.

    Hi, welcome to NoFap. I'm sure you'll be stronger as you connect with more people and get inspiration from people's stories. Get an Accountability Partner as soon as possible and make sure you write down a plan and stick to it. Good luck and let me know if you need any support
