    Hi I am currently 21 and want to stop watching porn and masturbating. I have abstained since Jan 1st but just failed and therefore I have joined NoFap. Is there like a thread for journaling or writing a diary about my daily experiences and journey. I want to abstain for at least 30 days and then continue from there on forward. Kind regards
