    Welcome to the community. There are lots of resources here to help you with your journey. Start by going through the message you were sent upon signing up; and browse some on the success stories. If you come up with any specific questions, be sure to post them in the right section of the forums to be sure they get answered quickly and correctly. At this point, it’s important that you educate yourself and start fining healthy habits to replace the old, unhealthy ones. Eat well, exercise, get outdoors, learn something new, find a hobby, socialize, etc. We’re all in this together. Dont hesitate to reach out.
