Today is the newest day I've had in my life for a while... Hello fellow fapstronauts

I am a 23 year old who has been a porn addict since a very young age and finally decided to do something about it. The longest nofap I did was back in highschool and that was for about 30 days. Since then, from what I remember, I've masturbated pretty much 3-4 times a week. Sometimes as much just ruining my entire day in front of a computer, I dont even remember how many times I fapped.

I've lost so much to my excessive masturbation addiction. I've lost many relations with good friends, avoided time with family, skipped classes but worst of all, It gave me social anxiety. This has been ruining my life. I have no self control because of how much I've been a victim of porn. I'm a 23 year old, who just started going to community college again this semester but who has no idea what he wants to do or become.

Today I want to change that. I'm starting on this nofap journey. I started off by deleting anything suggestive on my computer. Wanted to delete my instagram and other social media for a while now, so this will be a good reason to do so. I really do not want to relapse. I have no one I can talk to this about, so I just wanted to express some feelings in this forum. February 12, 2019.. This is the day I change my life moving forward
